- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical user stories.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including data models, integration patterns, and system diagrams.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to off shore development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with Salesforce implementations.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.
- Assists other Salesforce Dev team members in solutioning and ideating towards increased overall system efficiency.
- Participate in Change Action Board activities and production deployments.
- Conducts requirement analysis and QA functions.
- Strong proficiency with Flows, APEX, LWC, and Custom Settings.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that involve internal and external customers.
- Strong skills using Windows and Microsoft software products.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- 7 years of related experience required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Development.
- Prior off-shore development work management experience preferred.
- Prior banking and/or financial services industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with nCino or other loan origination system is preferred.
- Experience with DocuSign is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, Banking or related technology/financial degree required.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification is required.
