  • Translate business questions into data problems and define solutions roadmap; build analytics solutions independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and promote analytics and AI/ML products and insights; establish KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making across business teams.
  • Collaborate and establish expertise in advanced analytics; drive understanding of strategic customer initiatives across departments.
We’d love to hear from people with:
  • BA/BS w/ concentration in business or quantitative discipline - Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Econ, or similar; Masters preferred
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience within the field of data science or discipline
  • Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and relational databases
  • Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques including regression, decision trees, classification, causal inference, and clustering algorithms
  • Exposure to production machine learning systems development, package creation, code repository management, and software development best practices
  • Experience with cloud tech for data and analytics solutions (Azure, AWS)
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 8+ years’ experience managing a team
