Reports To: General Manager / Food & Beverage SupervisorPosition SummaryThe Breakfast Attendant ensures a warm and welcoming breakfast experience for all guests by preparing, setting up, and maintaining the daily breakfast service in accordance with Hampton Inn and Hilton brand standards. This role is key to delivering excellent guest satisfaction through cleanliness, quality food presentation, and outstanding customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest ServiceGreet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.Assist guests with special requests and provide prompt service.Monitor breakfast area to ensure cleanliness and a pleasant dining experience.Breakfast Setup & MaintenancePrepare and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food and beverage offerings meet Hampton Inn brand standards.Replenish food, beverages, and supplies as needed throughout service hours.Maintain cleanliness of serving areas, dining tables, and condiment stations.Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.Closing & Clean-UpProperly store and label leftover food items as directed.Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas after breakfast service.Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly.Teamwork & SupportCommunicate any guest feedback, supply shortages, or equipment issues to management.Assist with inventory control and ordering supplies as needed.Support other departments when required to enhance the overall guest experience.QualificationsPrevious experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and food handling standards.Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25–30 pounds.Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and follow safety protocols.BenefitsCompetitive payPaid time off and holiday payHealth, dental, and vision insurance options
