As an Intelligent Automation Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to experience a breadth of assignments as well as the opportunity to work with various functional area teams across North America.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes
  • Design, develop and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes
  • Ability to implement the full lifecycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools and techniques
  • Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Robocorp / Sema4.ai, Python, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Noetix
  • Apply Lean concepts and process improvement methodologies
  • Utilize Scrum agile project management framework
  • Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes
  • Employ change management techniques as we implement new and improved processes
  • Validations with process owners, and an end-to-end business validation upon completion of development effort
  • Actively participate in team meetings, offering valuable insights and ideas to tackle complex problems
  • Work closely with team to deploy projects into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer
  • Create training documents and support training events and workshops
  • Provide beginner level training to others
  • Other duties, as needed
  • Consistently demonstrate a strong passion for learning and growth, remaining open to feedback and new experiences
  • Earn certifications in relevant software and technology platforms to expand your technical prowess, such as Microsoft, Python, Robocorp / Sema4.ai, and Intelligent Automation
