- Demonstrate the ability to perform all job functions of all fabrication and positions.
- Develop facility capability to fabricate standard & custom hardware applications.
- Coordinates incoming and outgoing fabricated orders to ensure accuracy, completeness and special hardware requirements with the Facility Take-Off Technician.
- Review fabrication schedule & resources with Lead Fabricator Daily
- Communicate and release fabrication shop packets to lead fabricator to execute on timely basis.
- Communicate daily status and confirm completion dates to provide coordination with Order Fulfillment Supervisor.
- Process orders for special/custom hardware.
- Audit quality of work performed to verify conformance to specifications.
- Directs work force and administers compliance of policies, procedures and work standards.
- Interprets specifications, templates, and job orders for workforce.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules and productivity goals.
- Supervise inventory control factors for accuracy/cycle targeted requirement levels
- Achieve and maintain housekeeping standards in plant conducive to a safe & orderly work environment.
- Maintains compliance with all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintains equipment conditions to levels required for process efficiency & safety

- High School diploma/GED (minimum). Preferred: Associate degree or Technical Degree within a Manufacturing or Industrial Related Program of Study
- Required: 4 - 6years in Fabrication or Shipping/Receiving experience and 1 year of supervisory experience in a Manufacturing or Warehouse environment
- Licensed in Forklift Operations
- Good Computer Skills
- Ability to recognize similarities and difference between profiles and finishes
- Ability to add & subtract, multiply, divide, understand and convert fractions
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Be vigilant about safety
- Ability to use tools, machinery, read and understand tape measure
- Ability to be Licensed and Operate a Forklift
- Ability to Operate Electronic Devices (Scanners)
