Design and implement control systems for custom machinery, including PLC programming, HMI development, and motion control. Collaborate on cross-functional projects from concept to commissioning, including mechanical design integration, electrical panel design, and software logic.

  • Support the development of automated processes for heat exchanger assembly and related manufacturing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automated systems in both production and R&D environments.
  • Integrate sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
  • Ensure all automation solutions meet industry safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical documentation, user manuals, and training to clients and internal teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial automation, preferably in a manufacturing or machinery design environment.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) and HMI design tools.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical schematics, and control circuits.
  • Experience with motion control, robotics, and pneumatic systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and system integration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.
