Hematology/Oncology Physician Opportunity - ConnecticutA leading physician-led, multi-specialty group is seeking board-eligible or board-certified hematology/oncology physicians for its expanding practices in suburban Connecticut. These positions are ideal for doctors looking to join an organization with great clinical support and strong infrastructure!Practice Setting
  • Outpatient-focused role within new, multi-specialty medical centers-no overnight call required
  • Comprehensive cancer care available on-site, including imaging, infusion, and radiation oncology
  • Team-based environment with support from advanced practice providers (APPs)
  • Robust research department and participation in tumor boards support academic and clinical interests
  • All locations offer lab and diagnostic services onsite
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday schedule, with option for 4 clinical days + 1 admin day (32/8 model)
  • Evening pager call once per week and weekend call every fourth weekend
  • Physicians cover outpatient clinic, hospital, and ED consults as part of the rotation
  • Call structure expected to evolve as team expands, offering growing flexibility
Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed year-one income between $350,000-$400,000+ with uncapped RVU earning potential thereafter
  • Average annual compensation ranges from $675,000 to $800,000+
