Shift and Compensation-2nd shift-3:30pm - 2am-Monday-Thurs-Pay: $16.00Job Duties-Start up and shut down the machine as well as supply it with materials in a controlled manner and on the basis of written instructions.-Load and unload materials, including but not limited to, cement, other liquid adhesives, ceramic tips, wire, glass, etc.-Regulate the machine in a controlled manner and on the basis of written instructions.-Maintain optimal machine settings, secure product and process knowledge.-Has a notion of the product range, and knows what the customer uses the Products for.-Has insight into the product that are made in his/her own production line:Their assembly (their components)Their operation (functionality)Their use by the customer (area of application)-Has insight into his/her own production line with regard to:The various steps of the production processThe critical operational issuesThe safe operation of the equipment (i.e. not bypassing guards/interlocks, etc)The working methods and quality test plansThe agreements related to order and cleanliness-Knows and safeguards the critical focal points.-Change over the machine, within the defined range of duties, from one product to another.-Trouble shoot, analyze, recognize and fix minor faults and disruptions in a timely manner (when they occur or are going to occur).-Problem solve with the HMI (Human Machine Interface) touchscreen.-Apply insight into fault analysis and diagnostic techniques autonomously.-Collect relevant information about the possible causes and backgrounds of problems.-Clearly formulate information related to a problem.-Pack, label and palletize product.-Change labeling program to reflect the correct date, product and batch.-Maintain and account for all materials utilized in production, where applicable.-Perform work in accordance with all company safety, quality, and work procedures.-Maximize machine output by coming up with solutions and implementing improvements to the machine and processes in collaboration with supporting the departments.-Willing to participate in additional training and education on integrated mechanical, electrical and pneumatic machines.-Train and coach new operators.-Perform and record periodic quality checks, as necessary.-Comply with the agreements that were made and explained concerning working methods, logistics, selective waste collections, safety and hygiene measures, and the wearing of personal protective equipment.-Operate a pallet jack.#Marion
