
Food and Beverage Supervisor -The Fog Room

- Greet, seat, and assist guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience, handling any special requests or complaints professionally.
- Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff while monitoring performance and enforcing service standards.
- Monitor floor activity, communicate with the kitchen, and step in to assist with service as needed.
- Handle end-of-shift duties including paperwork, staff checkouts, and shift transitions per manager checklist.
- Ensure proper handling of payments, guest checks, and tip payouts.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and liquor laws across all outlets.
- Schedule staff based on business needs and monitor labor costs and overtime daily.
- Report outlet needs to management and attend team meetings to support ongoing improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- PM shift availability
- 1-2 years of supervisory F&B experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

- Paid time off: Up to 88 hrs per year for the 1st year through completion of the 4th year of employment, up to 128 hrs per year for the 5th year through completion of the 9th year of employment, and up to 168 hrs per year for the 10th year of employment and thereafter
- Paid sick leave: for every 30 hrs worked, you will receive one hour of sick pay. Unused hours, up to 72 hrs, will carryover into the following year
