- Functions in the capacity of the Staff Speech Pathologist in the daily provision of patient treatment, coordination of treatment with other disciplines, completion of required documentation of services delivered, communicating daily patient activity and charges for data processing.
- Interprets referrals; examines, evaluates, develops plan of care including anticipated goals and expected outcomes for patients.
- Follows established plan of care by core therapist. If determined necessary, modifies and documents revised plan of care, within the 90 day probationary period, is determined competent to work in all venues: acute physical medicine, home health, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient rehabilitation.
- Within 6 months of hire is determined competent in at least one specialty area (at the Rehabilitation Clinical Manager's discretion), to include, but not limited to: brain injury, burn, case assessment specialist, dysphagiagrams, lymphedema, pediatrics, spinal cord injury, or vital stim.
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule and travel to all INTEGRIS facilities.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Oklahoma Speech Language Pathologist licensure OR be eligible for licensure in the state of Oklahoma AND able to practice under the Oklahoma Speech Pathology Licensing Act.
- 1 year (full-time equivalent) experience, 3 years preferred.
- Current BLS or CPR certification upon hire or completion within 30 days of hire required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written).
