- Cross-functional Coordination: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to align priorities, resources, and deliverables.
- Governance & Roadmaps: Establish program governance structures, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure transparency with senior stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear updates on roadmaps, priorities and risks to the organization.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify blockers early, drive resolution, and ensure programs stay on track.
- Best Practices: Champion agile ways of working, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing across the global org.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years of program/project management experience, preferably 2+years in technology, AI/ML, or digital product development.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, product lifecycle management, and innovation in media, advertising, or digital platforms.
- Skills:
- Strong project/program management skills (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies).
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong ability to capture business user input into clear product requirements for data science teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Ability to create presentations for stakeholder consumption.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Miro).
