- We are hiring immediately for a Marketing Intern position.

- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Soft skills required for this role include: excellent communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, time management, technical design/creativity proficiency, and emotional intelligence
- Customer service experience/knowledge
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Best interpersonal skills i.e., diplomacy, collaboration, respect, public speaking, etiquette, storytelling
- High interest and knowledge of interactive marketing in an increasingly digital facing world
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus i.e., Canva, InDesign, CapCut or similar video editing software
- Knowledge and understanding of using AI to personalize content creating, and analyze target audience data
- Prior marketing related experience is required, i.e., SEO, social media/brand management, paid advertising, content marketing
- Event Management experience including planning and execution
- Availability must include dining service hours, i.e., Monday through Friday 11 am - 2 pm as well as once a week for 5 pm - 7 pm
- Assist with planning, organizing and hosting all events
- Assist with Dine on Campus
- Assist in social media calendar development and promotions
- Act as a brand representative
- Conduct marketing audits
- Conduct general administrative tasks
- Complete Marketing Boot Camp
- Surveying students to collect marketing research
- Create marketing materials to numerous specifications
- Manage signage in multiple locations
- Assist with the creation of concepts, campaigns, and imagery to effectively communicate messages to the target market
- Manage website and social networking profile content
- Attend meetings or other events as required
- Demonstrate awareness, understanding and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment
- Learn how to create and implement a marketing plan
- Learn how to conduct market research and use it to generate a larger audience or increase buy-in
- Learn how to use multiple platforms and strategies to effectively promote a brand
