- Fulfill and process Corporate Sales, FMC, Rental, Military orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to MSS (Market Support Services) inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the onboarding of new strategic partners, which requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Post NCUs (News Channel Updates) to NetStar and ensure timely communication with the field teams.
- Create and manage CANs (Corporate Account Numbers) for corporate sales customers, ensuring the due diligence is completed accurately.
- Maintain and update the CAN List on the Fleet Information Site to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support evolving business needs and process improvements as assigned.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
