In addition, this Department creates all of the programs and oversees the payments to our dealer partners.Mercedes-Benz USA Fleet & Alternate Sales Junior Associate Consultant OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Operations JAC to support key initiatives within our Fleet & Alternate Sales team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Fleet & Alternate Sales team by ensuring the smooth execution of operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and communication skills, with a background in automotive or sales operations being a plus. Responsibilities
  • Fulfill and process Corporate Sales, FMC, Rental, Military orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to MSS (Market Support Services) inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new strategic partners, which requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Post NCUs (News Channel Updates) to NetStar and ensure timely communication with the field teams.
  • Create and manage CANs (Corporate Account Numbers) for corporate sales customers, ensuring the due diligence is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update the CAN List on the Fleet Information Site to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support evolving business needs and process improvements as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in automotive and sales operations is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, integrity, and in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
