Location: Hybrid in the Bay Area, CAA well-funded mid-stage startup in the GenAI space is hiring a hands-on Tech Lead Manager to guide their client-facing product engineering efforts, focusing on LLMs. Recognized as a leader in their space and trusted by startups and Fortune 500 companies, this is an excellent role to create significant impact within the AI space.In this role, you'll lead a cross-functional pod of software engineers/designers focused on delivering scalable product features. You'll drive projects from planning through production and serve as a technical mentor. You'll spend about 30% of your time coding in Python, contributing to scalable backend systems and APIs, while the rest is split between sprint planning, project execution, and technical mentorship. You'll work closely with product and design, ensuring high-quality delivery and deadline execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of engineering experience, strong sprint management skills, and a background in AI or LLM-based applications.
