
Operator - TX Security Operations Center

- Actively communicate with stores and Field Loss Prevention to address current theft and fraud activity
- Communicate theft and fraud incidents to the appropriate law enforcement agencies
- Record cases in APIS Case Management System
- Communicate all concerns regarding CCTV/Systems to SOC Manager or LP Technology Coordinator
- Review exception reports and observes associates’ activity to identify potential acts of fraud or theft
- Complete all other tasks assigned by supervisor
- Customer service skills and retail experience a plus
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a strong multi-tasker, and not easily distracted when focused on a task
- Must demonstrate a sound decision-making and judgement; must be able to remain calm in stressful or critical situations
- Fluent in English; bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
