- Contact and qualify interested prospects provided through the agency’s lead inventory.
- Schedule and conduct consultations by phone or video to assess client needs and present coverage options.
- Collaborate with in-house product specialists to design tailored recommendations.
- Guide clients through the digital application process and manage follow-up to ensure policy placement.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to licensing, background check, and regulatory requirements.
- No prior insurance experience required; licensing support and training provided.
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.
- Willingness to obtain required state insurance licenses and complete background checks.
- Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
- 1099 commission-based compensation with unlimited earning potential.
- Typical part-time results (15–20 hours/week) may range approximately $3,000–$5,000 per month; typical full-time results may range approximately $8,000–$12,000 per month. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and performance.
