- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting
- Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Deliver a range of procedures including suturing, wound care, and injections
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to support patient recovery and case resolution
- Contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Foster strong relationships with team members, patients, and clinic stakeholders
- Rotate between multiple clinic locations as needed based on operational needs
- Active and unrestricted state license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Board certification (PA-C or NP)
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a PA or NP
- Medicare participation eligibility
- Strong communication, time management, and adaptability skills
- Comfort working independently and in a fast-paced setting
