This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and has a passion for clear communication and impactful training. You'll play a key role in supporting technical documentation, developing presentations, and coordinating training sessions that drive automation and operational excellence.Pay and Benefits:

  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
  • Create Technical Documentation: Draft and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials using Microsoft Word and SharePoint.
  • Design PowerPoint Presentations: Build engaging and visually appealing decks for internal meetings, training sessions, and leadership briefings.
  • Manage & Conduct Training Sessions: Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, facilitate sessions, and track attendance and feedback.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, share updates, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Solving Problems Creatively: Identify issues, propose solutions, and contribute to process improvements with a fresh perspective.
  • Support Reporting & Metrics: Assist with tracking KPIs and maintaining dashboards using Excel and Power Apps.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
  • Strong proficiency in all Microsoft products and services
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience with Power Apps, SharePoint, or BI tools is a plus.
  • Marketing and or Professional teaching skill a plus but not required
