- Responsible for performing specialized technologist roles within the invasive cardiovascular procedure setting.
- Operates specific high technology equipment under the direction of a qualified physician to assist with procedures performed on patients which lead to the diagnosis and treatment of congenital and acquired heart and peripheral vascular disease.
- Ensures imaging system for procedures is appropriately operated under the direct supervision of an authorized physician user of radiation emitting imaging equipment. Proper radiation and equipment safety standards are consistently met.
- Assists lab team with management of critical care and other complex patients.

Experience: Clinical patient care experience, 2 years or more strongly preferred.
Licensure: American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support certification required.
Preparing for certification in ACLS, with manager discretion.PHYSICAL DEMANDSJob requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods and frequently bending/stooping/walking, reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive); Repetitive motion (computer keyboard). Proficient communicative, auditory, and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull 50-100lbs. Ability to wear lead aprons for extended periods of time.
