- Interact with Government project management and functional managers to define scope of work for projects and develop and update detailed schedules.
- Use Microsoft Project to organize, implement and maintain multiple schedules for the various program technical branches.
- Integrate developer schedules to generate and maintain an accurate Organization-level master schedule.
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identify any variances, and highlight developing problem areas.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around.
- Use Government CM tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.
- Coordinate project level impact analyses of proposed engineering changes.
- Support agile process evolution across Government teams, development contractors, user engagement teams, and stakeholders.
- Derive enterprise, system, functional, performance, and interface level requirements and work with the team to develop the corresponding documentation.
- Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Polygraph
- Experience in supporting technical, cost and schedule performance of software development programs
- Familiar with Space Systems within the Intel Community/IC
- Domain knowledge in Agile software development practices (e.g., Scrum, DevOps)
- Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments
- Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high tempo environment.
