Quality Assurance Auditor

- Audit completed Semi-Automatic machines to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, spec. sheet and sales order.
- Check for irregularities and defects.
- Work with manufacturing engineering and procurement to perform problem solving activities.
- Interact with line leadership to address quality issues.
- Learn the supplier return process and execute as needed.
- Drive a fork truck to move machines and weldments as necessary.
- Must be willing and available to work overtime in order to meet production scheduling deadlines.
- Is detail oriented with a proven and excellent commitment to quality.
- Is able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has minimum one year of experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Is willing and able to receive Lantech Forklift Certification.
- Has a sustained record of good attendance and Safety.
- Has basic precision measuring abilities. Experience with calipers minimum.
- Has a high commitment to quality.
- Is computer literate; capable of learning Outlook and WINMAN.
- Is very organized and detail oriented.
- Is willing to attend Level 1 Service Tech training (focus on semi-auto's).
- Has a High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training from college or vocational is a plus.
- Is authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior quality experience is a plus
- Ability to understand mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
- Prior experience in the proper use of a multi meter a plus
