Job Description:Job Summary:Provides direct care to residents for their daily living activities and ensures quality care is given.Job Responsibilities:
  • Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)
  • Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse
  • Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record
  • Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned
Job Qualifications and Skills:
  • Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is located
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic computer skills
  • Demonstrates patience and empathy
