As a Sr. Manager, SD&S US Source, you will lead and support the synchronization of overall global demand and supply planning activities, elevating our E2E strategy & capabilities for delivering excellent customer service and optimum inventory levels, reporting to the Hills End to End Planning director. You will be a unifying voice between the commercial, demand, and supply teams, ensuring that the supply chain effectively executes the commercial strategy.Core Responsibilities:Synchronize S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) demand and supply, achieving a balanced and executable plan that aligns with the commercial strategyDrive consensus on demand and supply across the S&OP horizon, ensuring efficient allocation and responsiveness to market dynamicsResponsible for internal communications to impacted stakeholders in addressing supply shortages from allocation planning and demand prioritization, including providing alternative plans to address potential shortagesDevelop scenario recommendations to manage anticipated issues balancing local business needs and constraintsMake informed regional demand trade-off decisions that align with company objectives, market conditions, and global considerationsSupport transition management of products and / or sourcing synchronizing global demand with supplyLeverage advanced analytics to proactively identify and mitigate service risks within the region, ensuring a responsive and agile supply chain.Coordinate cross functional responses to address potential disruptions identified through forward looking analytics and planning system utilizationProactively oversee warehouse utilization network wide, and communicate with logistics to manage upcoming events / activities that will result in inventory fluctuationsServe as an escalation point for Supply and Demand Planners, providing guidance and support to resolve complex issues within the global contextPartner with the Supply Network Planners to ensure optimized movement of product across the network to ensure demand is met on timSupport new product launches, product and / or sourcing transitions synchronizing regional demand with supply
  • Establish inventory targets for Raw, Packaging, and FG materials for planners to execute Inventory Optimization.
Work alongside Production, Inventory, and Supply Network Planners to understand and approve changes in stocking strategy/ targets in quarterly review of MEIO outputsSupport the E2E Planning Lead to review inventory investments and strategyRegular review of Key Performance Indicators and understanding from planning teams root cause for misses, guiding resolution plans to close gaps in next cycleEnsures planners are managing master and transactional data updates in a timely manner to drive accurate and effective plansEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline7-9 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field, with a focus on S&OP processesProven effectiveness in driving continuous improvement, developing strategy, and delivering supply chain synchronizationExpected Areas of Skills:Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop complex scenarios and make data-driven decisionsStrong supply chain acumen with holistic understanding of end to end supply chain connectivityProficiency in supply chain planning software and tools, with an understanding of MEIO principlesUnderstanding of core planning master data and their interdependenciesExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different regions and functionsLeadership skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus among various stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needsCompensation and Benefits
Salary Range $120,000 - $168,500 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
