- Advance Regal Rexnord’s sourcing objectives by accelerating the transformation of enterprise-wide sourcing procedures, driving urgency in streamlining the sourcing pipeline for greater efficiency and value delivery.
- Design and implement programs and policies that safeguard the organization by mitigating supplier risk, ensuring supply chain continuity, protecting brand integrity, and meeting customer expectations—all while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Design and deploy program tools and templates (i.e. iBuy, iSupplier, spend analytics, etc.) that leverage the latest procurement technologies and platforms to enhance the effectiveness and maturity of the strategic sourcing organization.
- Implement and promote process consistency and cross-business collaboration through sourcing strategies and councils that enable supplier consolidation and maximize leverage, while aligning stakeholders through influence across the organization.
- Organize and facilitate Supplier Conferences and Sourcing Conferences to strengthen strategic partnerships and share best practices.
- Deliver Market Outlook Reporting to assist with the development of sourcing strategies and execution of business decisions.
- Keep the leadership team informed of emerging trends, innovative tools, and relevant research to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement in sourcing initiatives.
- Lead external training facilitation in areas such as negotiations and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with global strategic supply chain partners to drive continuous process improvement.
- Drive the Regal Rexnord Business System in service by developing and executing supply chain strategies aligned to optimize performance.
- Advocate Regal Rexnord’s vision, mission, values, initiatives and company policies, continuously improving and reducing risks within the supply chain organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.
- May mentor or supervise 1–2 analysts, providing guidance and feedback to support their development.
- BA or BS degree required, preferably in Supply Chain/Operations management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global strategic sourcing or supply chain.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting multiple divisions each having their own business requirements and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and bring multiple projects to completion.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization to drive results.
- Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in generating accurate and understandable data and reports to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to develop trusted, respectful relationships internally and externally.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
$145K - $168KThe salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.#LI-CB5Benefits
