  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt, Auditor or equivalent certification/experience.
  • 4 years of work experience analyzing data and creating reports with strong statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical standards, mechanical and infrastructure equipment applied to mission critical operations or data centers (e.g., EN, ISO, IATF, APQP).
  • Knowledge in design of experiments, statistical analysis and process control.
  • Familiar with application of statistical analysis tools such as Minitab/ANOVA.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about .ResponsibilitiesWork with suppliers managing quality of complex mechanical infrastructure systems to solve complex product quality and process issues across the full product lifecycle.Conduct audits and inspections of supplier production facilities. Connect production line metrics and audits to field performance.Articulate quality improvement activities to reduce variability, improve predictability, responsiveness, output quality, monitor Factory Witness and Acceptance Testing. Perform 8D Failure Analysis to execute systemic corrective actions with demonstrated preventative solutions. * Manage validation of supplier’s build/test processes and ensure they are meeting Google requirements. Validate supplier product life cycle Quality deliverables defined by Google and leverage industry quality standards.Collaborate with design engineers, commodity managers, manufacturing engineers, operation program managers, and product managers to drive high-quality products.
