- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Epic Clinical Analyst, specializing in Epic ASAP and Epic ClinDoc modules
- Epic ASAP certification and Epic ClinDoc certification required
- Expertise in inpatient room and board capture workflows, especially within Emergency Department (ED) settings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for healthcare IT environments
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare setting
- Lead implementation and support of Epic ASAP and ClinDoc solutions for inpatient room and board capture in the ED
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to optimize healthcare documentation workflows and Epic system configuration
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Epic ASAP and Epic ClinDoc modules
- Provide training and support to healthcare end-users throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope
