(Oahu/Kauai) Local civil engineering & construction company, specializing in municipal & utilities construction with a concentration on projects involving excavation, utilities and roadwork. Company size ranges from 75-80 employees on Oahu, Kauai & Big Island. Serving primarily as a sub-contractor whose clients include 50% governmental agencies (Federal, State and County) and 50% private developers and private industry. Project Manager is assigned to a project or several small projects as the person fully responsible for managing construction. Project Engineers, & Project Foreman report to this position.
