- Negotiation: You engage effectively in dialogue to reach mutually beneficial agreements by understanding and addressing the needs and interests of all parties involved. You can balance competing priorities while maintaining strong relationships and achieving business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies with assigned GSI and consultancy partners to drive mutual revenue growth and market penetration, working with regional Udemy partner managers for local execution as needed.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, including client leaders, technical teams, and business development executives as applicable
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure seamless partner experience and successful joint customer engagements
- Create and deliver compelling business cases and proposals that demonstrate the value proposition of Udemy's solutions within GSI and Consultancy partner offerings
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to optimize program effectiveness
- Lead joint go-to-market planning sessions, including co-selling motions, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives
- Navigate complex deal structures and contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing partner ecosystems and adjacent market segments
- 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances within the technology or SaaS industry
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with Global Systems Integrators or similar technology partners
- Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets through partnership channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple organizations and time zones
