Job Description
- Perform, evaluate, and correlate test procedures.
- Assist in the selection and evaluation of test methods.
- Participate in the education and professional development of laboratory personnel, new employees, and students.
- May participate in the performance of routine administrative and non-routine technical functions.
- Work schedule: 96.0 hours/week (to be determined)
- Rotational coverage of holidays.
- Expected to work overtime and/or additional weekends in times of staffing shortages, emergencies, and unexpected increases in workload.
- Expected to respond in the event of a disaster.
- 2-year Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or 4-year Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)
- ASCP certification at time of submission
