- Maintain fast, accurate service and serve as a role model for restaurant hospitality.
- Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure positive resolution and guest experience.
- Train, develop, coach, and evaluate employee performance. Ensure systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed.
- Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals, including participation in marketing programs.
- Partner with leadership team and General Manager to increase catering sales.
- Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures.
- Manage food and labor costs.
- Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary.
- Manage and maintain safe and productive working conditions.
- Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action.
- Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Identify and develop internal candidates for Shift Lead positions.
- Execute company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all local, state and federal labor laws and regulations.
