- Configure and implement DNA Core Processing functionality.
- Document client and internal discussions and decisions.
- Manage/resolve a fixed percentage of client inquiries while preparing and escalating others to higher levels within the team.
- Test new features and functionality of the DNA product suite.
- Engage with clients and evaluate readiness for conversion.
- Assist clients with redefining their Loan Servicing processes and procedures.
- Assist clients to define proper institution parameter and system settings.
- Responsible for pre-conversion remote and on-site client assistance to ensure data integrity, which may include third-party interfaces.
- Diagnose and recommend solutions to issues.
- Assist clients in writing business specifications for custom processes and testing any applicable custom code.
- 3+ years of experience working in the banking and/or credit union industry.
- 2+ years of experience in MS Office tools.
- Experience managing or resolving high volume client inquiries.
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal/external clients.
- 2+ years of experience with DNA core processing system.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL.
- Associate degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in Consumer Loan Servicing, Commercial Loan Servicing, or Mortgage Loan & Escrow Servicing.
- 2+ years of experience in Investor/Participation Lending.
- 2+ years of experience in Back Office Processing.
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires 30%-60% travel, national and potentially international, including some weekends and holiday.
