- Greeting and welcoming the customers.
- Go the extra mile to drive sales.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Cross sell products.
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Engage with team members and customers to ensure a full understanding of Verizon products, services and solutions.
- Work with store assistant manager to develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Engage in sales strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the store.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
- Working with the systems and success framework that will be provided to you.
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- Meet individual sales quotas.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
- Additional store associate duties as needed.
- Reports to store sales assistant manager.

- Two years direct retail sales experience preferred.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit.
- A willingness to generate and follow up on Leads in a professional, retail or outside sales environment.
