This role combines strategic thinking, data analytics, stakeholder management and hands-on problem solving - all with a direct impact on Amazon's global last mile delivery network.Every day is a new adventure with opportunities to work backwards from customer needs across diverse LATAM, APAC and MENA regions. You will leverage data-driven models to develop long-term AMZL build plans and lead scenario analysis to guide decision making as teams drive towards your plan. You will have opportunity to develop business cases for innovative delivery solutions, automate manual processes, and/or develop new modelling solutions for the network.If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems with a high-degree of autonomy, this role might be the one for you!BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
