- Represents the company for the sale of machinery to walk in customers
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership with an emphasis on Turf products, implements, attachments and
- Provides quoting and pricing support to outside sales, including building mater quotes
- Meet with Service Manager weekly to go over the sales/service priority list
- Meet with the Regional Sales Manager weekly to go over priorities, challenges, and opportunities
- Audit of display and conditions of equipment for security of equipment, readiness, displayed with attachments for the season and appealing to the customer
- Organize lot and showroom based on season providing the best customer experience with both equipment and static displays
- Look at entire locations outstanding Handle sales calls and tasks and follow up with salesmen as needed to ensure they are owning their customer
- 2+ years of successful sales experience selling ag equipment or working with related equipment is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of agricultural, application and turf equipment as well as farming or operational practices preferred
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent customer relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High School diploma or GED required
- AA degree in business or agriculture-related field is preferred

- Lifting at least 75 pounds
- Office and Workshop setting
- Travel as needed
