CMT Responsibilities After Certification * Administer daily medications (prescription and non-prescription)
  • Accurately record dosages, times, and observations
  • Monitor residents and document changes in condition
  • Collect samples for analysis
  • Assist nurses with patient care needs
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of equipment
  • Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
