- Assist in the Design, Prototype, and Testing of CPAP mask systems and sub-systems.
- Compile and analyze data to support mask and CPAP machine designs.
- Support small-scale fabrication and assembly of prototypes. Support bench testing and trialing of prototypes.
- Be highly motivated, self-disciplined, open-minded individual possessing hands-on skills.
- Successfully interact with group members in various technical disciplines.
- Use critical thinking to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Deliver creative solutions to somewhat complex and subjective problems.
- Pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, or Plastics Engineering Student
- Solid basic computer skills including MS Office Suite
- Good communication and presentation skills for reporting project status. Detail oriented documentation skills desired
- Knowledge of CAD (Pro-E), FEA and CFD, software desired
