As a Clinical Content Consultant - Pharmacist, you will execute specialized tasks independently and play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality clinical content. Your work will ensure the accuracy and relevance of clinical information in our products. You will support team projects and contribute significantly to achieving our quality outcomes.Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and implement complex value sets and rules.
- Ensure high accuracy through rigorous quality control.
- Analyze and integrate stakeholder feedback into clinical content.
- Oversee specialized internal documentation processes.
- Facilitate upskilling and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Develop and refine comprehensive clinical content strategies.
- Ensure clinical content adheres to evidence-based standards.
- Validate and update complex standard terminologies and mappings.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on clinical content.
- Provide critical feedback to enhance clinical content quality.
- Clinical Knowledge: Extensive understanding of advanced clinical terminology and concepts.
- Complex Data Management: Handling complex datasets with precision.
- Literature Synthesis: Advanced ability to synthesize scientific literature.
- Quality Standards: Ensuring adherence to rigorous quality standards.
- Documentation Expertise: Maintaining and overseeing comprehensive documentation.
- Team Leadership: Facilitating knowledge transfer and supporting team development.
- Strategic Thinking: Developing and refining clinical content strategies.
- Advanced IT Skills: Mastery of sophisticated clinical content management systems.
- Degree in Pharmacy (either BS or PharmD).
- 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience, informatics background preferred
- MS Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Access) experience.
- Ability to interpret and manipulate data
- Strong clinical judgment to apply rules with limited information
- Adaptable and process improvement-focused
- Strong technical skills
- Microsoft Power Automate and SQL experience.
