- Education and Experience in Video Production or related fields
- Understanding of audio recording and mixing principles.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Familiarity with various video camera equipment and shooting techniques.
- Knowledge of lighting setups and their impact on video quality.
- Strong storytelling ability and an eye for visual composition.
- Experience with pre-production tasks (e.g., scriptwriting, scheduling).
- Post-production expertise, including color correction and sound editing.
- Awareness of current video trends and best practices for different platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of intellectual property and copyright laws related to video content.
- Some travel may be required for on-site filming and production needs.
- This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds of video production equipment.
- Must be able to set up and break down camera, lighting, and audio equipment independently.
- Work may occasionally take place in a variety of environments, including outdoor or non-studio locations, which may require standing, walking, or working in variable weather conditions

- Internal candidates would be required to remain in the position for a minimum of one (1) year from their promotion date.
- Employees would only be eligible for one (1) hiring bonus in a 12-month period.
- If the employee elects to downgrade through active recruitment and/or appointment during the twelve (12) month period, they would be required to pay the bonus back.
