Fusion HCR is seeking a motivated .NET Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality internal applications for a leading casino organization. This is a full-stack role involving development across multi-tier architectures with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability using .NET technologies in both on-premises and Azure environments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain internal web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Build responsive user-facing components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs and develop within microservices architectures.
  • Write clean, scalable, testable code following industry best practices.
  • Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, BA, stakeholders) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Support application deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
  • Solid experience with SQL Server and writing optimized queries.
  • Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and component-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, unit testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and independent work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the casino, gaming, or sports betting industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and microservices-based development.
  • Experience with Xamarin Forms or MAUI is a plus.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices and scalable architecture design.
  • Experience writing unit tests and test plans.
