Your Key Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and served on time.
Monitor residents’ dietary needs and report any concerns, such as changes in appetite or difficulty swallowing.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to all safety regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
What You Bring to the Role
A high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience in food service or preparation.
A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation regulations.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of aging adults.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing your responsibilities independently.
