- Ensure effective project delivery from initial project opportunity identification through stabilization of ActiveOps services.
- Plan program and project milestones and schedule for implementation.
- Establish program goals and Key Performance Indicators to meet client needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction with project and program transitions.
- Oversee program and project evaluation, collecting feedback to incorporate into best practices and program evolution.
- Own project performance through the turnover of operations.
- Serves as a primary point of contact with the customer during project implementation.
- Acts as a steward of all company policies and procedures.
- Responds to stakeholders with accurate and timely information to facilitate company decision-making.
- Exercises global decision making by considering other departments within the company such as project management, sales and estimating, accounting, purchasing, etc.
- Ensures projects are completed on schedule.
- Works with a large client base including the owner and business leaders for the company.
- Takes ownership of projects as assigned by Operations Director.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience with mechanical systems, construction management, and commissioning.
- Expertise in achieving successful owner outcomes through program and project management.
- Expertise in communication/teaming/internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.
