Provide services to youth in a drop-in center environment
Engage with youth to ascertain what they want to see in the programming at the center
Find outside resources, volunteers, etc., to provide free or very affordable programming to youth
Create and facilitate engaging and educational programming for and with youth
Provide informal mentoring services to youth while in the space
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the community and local employers to promote CCA’s Youth Empowerment Programs.
Assist in the recruitment of youth/young adults into the youth center system
Keep confidential files and case notes on time.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standard office environment
Afternoon hours, Monday-Friday from 1-5 pm
Requires on-site meetings
Reliable transportation required
