Project Manager/Estimator

• Lead and support major preconstruction efforts, including project design and budgeting rounds.
• Collaborate with design teams to provide cost impact analysis and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee pricing, estimating, and project management activities to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
• Manage project budgets, billing, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and best practices to drive project success.
• Work on a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from $200M data centers to other large-scale commercial and industrial ventures.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in pricing, estimating, and design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track billing, and oversee P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Exposure to a variety of project types and scales, with a passion for tackling challenging and diverse assignments.
