Medical center is looking for qualified, motivated, and patient focused nurses to join our team in our brand new Acute Rehab Unit.Pay Scale: the pay scale is based on years of experience, meaning the listed minimum is what is paid for no experience and maximum is
30-years of experience. If you want to know what your candidate will be offered, please ask.Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 w/ 2-year commitmentRelocation Assistance: Amount is negotiable based on relocation distance & comes with a 2-year work requirement (paid out within 30-days of submission of receipts). If someone received both sign-on & relocation assistance, total commitment would be for 2 yrs.HOURS: 12-hour shifts: either 7am - 7pm or 7pm to 7amSHIFT DIFFERENTIALS (Paid based on majority of hours worked)Evening Shift (3pm - 11:30pm) = 8%Night Shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) = 11%No Weekend DifferentialProviding safe, high-quality care for our community by having highly-skilled and certified physicians on our healthcare team and a quality facility with the latest in medical technology. St. Joe's has more than 100 board-certified physicians and providers, active in both primary care and specialty practice.QUALIFICATIONS
  • ​​​Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Active unencumbered RN Idaho state license
  • Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
  • One year of work experience as an Acute Care Rehab RN
  • One year of Epic experience
  • Board Certified
SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
  • Effective interpersonal/communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
