Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, dispatching security-related resources, and providing clear, professional communication to both clients and team members. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence through technology and supporting the overall security-related operations of the site. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable using computers or tablets and who excel in customer service.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the financial institution location.
  • Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, relaying information to appropriate Allied Universal team members and/or emergency responders.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities and communications.
  • Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and procedures, and responding to inquiries from staff and visitors.
  • Assist in coordinating responses to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Support Allied Universal personnel by providing timely updates and information regarding ongoing situations at the location.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external contacts to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or incidents.

  • Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification and/or First Aid is preferred.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
