- Develop a strong working relationship with the client's management team.
- Build effective relationships with all stakeholders to anticipate future needs and recruit temporary resources to meet those needs.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all client personnel, temporary associates, and company personnel.
- Regularly meet with the client's supervisory personnel to confirm the client's satisfaction with the associate performance and address concerns.
- Intimate knowledge of client's facilities, positions, and policies.
- Collaborate with the branch team, regional, and corporate personnel to meet client performance expectations.
- Assist with identifying and assigning temporary associates who meet the client's standards regarding job skills and level of ability.
- Maintain regular contact with the current pool of temporary associates to clarify their availability for future assignments.
- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure all associates are aware of applicable company policies and safety issues before starting
- Follow the best practices for engaging newly hired associates.
- Respond to client and temporary associate concerns promptly; recommend and/or implement steps to resolve problems, prevent their reoccurrence, and document according to standard operating procedures.
- Walk the floor throughout the day, engaging with supervisors and associates, observing interactions, addressing safety issues, and assessing production demands.
- Complete injury reports and assist injured workers in getting medical treatment following company policy and procedures.
- Monitor turnover regularly and develop strategies to reduce turnover.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver's license is required for this role to travel between branch and client location.
- Must have access to dependable transportation to ensure punctual arrival at work, travel between job sites or clients if needed, and the ability to meet all scheduled work hours, including evenings and weekends.
