As an Infant Toddler Teacher, You Will:
Create a welcoming, engaging classroom environment tailored to the developmental needs of infants and toddlers.
Use a growth mindset to inspire curiosity and foster emotional and academic growth.
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, adapting it to meet each child’s unique needs.
Communicate regularly with parents, sharing updates and building strong family partnerships.
Collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
Build meaningful relationships with families and coworkers, helping to establish a positive school culture as part of our new center.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has a genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
Has at least 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required).
Holds an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required).
