The Sales Associate will work with the Regional Managers in their geography under the direction of the Regional Director. The Sales Associate will support the Regional Managers dealers and end users by conducting equipment demonstrations, equipment use and care training, site surveys, assist in supporting trade shows and open houses, and assist the Regional Director in other business critical functions. ​ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ​General Responsibilities:Equipment Demonstrations for dealers and/or end usersEquipment Use and Care Training for dealers and/or end usersSite Surveys for dealers and/or end usersSupport Trade Shows and Open Houses for dealers and/or end usersParticipate in Nilfisk UPlan 2 weeks in advance and execute call plan and activities in Salesforce.comPrepare, manage, and be responsible for demo equipment inventoryBe able to work in a team environmentParticipate in weekly 1 on 1’s with Regional Director to measure call plan, execution of the call plan and other sales support activitiesSupport the local Regional Managers from the direction of the Regional Director on other business critical functionsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ​EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education​EXPERIENCE:This is an entry level sales role. All experience levels are welcome​KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have good business acumen and self-disciplineMust display enthusiasm, perseverance, reliability, ethical standards, and strong selling skillsMust possess strong communication skills and maintain usual management skills of time, ability to respond, sense of urgency, prioritize efforts and problem solvingWillingness to travel overnight on an occasional basisMust be willing and able to conduct seminars, extensive building evaluations, and recommend equipment for respective applicationsMust be able to successfully pass a physical including lifting, standing for prolonged periods, driving for safe periods of time, etc.​COMPUTER SKILLS:Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookWorking knowledge of CRM systemsProficiency in use of Salesforce.com (web and mobile versions)Total Base Pay Range: $56,495.00 - $84,743.00Let’s create a cleaner future togetherClean is changing.
