  • In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Construction Project Manager to develop and execute strategic construction plans, offering expert input on constructability and sequencing
  • Additionally, you will support on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation
  • You will be responsible to oversee and coordinate subcontractors and field personnel, resolving technical issues and ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Further, you will conduct advanced reviews of construction drawings and specifications, identifying potential conflicts and proposing effective solutions
  • You will also prepare and manage comprehensive construction documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports, to support procurement and tender processes
  • Additionally, you will perform detailed material quantity takeoffs and critically evaluate contractor cost proposals for accuracy and value
  • You also will monitor construction progress, perform quality assurance inspections, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
What makes you great
  • You have a relevant degree such as Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in a related industrial construction environment
  • Must have the perseverance and results-driven attitude
  • Must be proficient in verbal and written communication
