- Gather and analyze client requirements for analytics projects.
- Design and present technical proposals aligned with business needs.
- Conduct demos of analytics tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or others).
- Collaborate with the sales team in preparing offers and RFP responses.
- Gain a deep understanding of all the company's business lines to ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Lead and execute pilot projects with the company's technologies, ensuring successful validation with clients.
- Deliver client training sessions and knowledge transfer.
- Stay up to date with analytics and digital transformation trends.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one analytics tool (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written).
- Strong goal-oriented and results-driven profile.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Project Manager certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-sales or consulting roles in analytics solutions.
- Experience as an instructor or trainer is desirable.
- Own transportation and availability to travel within the assigned area (mobility allowance will be considered a plus).
